Here are my thoughts:In listing agents I've used I want 3 things: Highly organized, an appropriate marketing plan for the house, and good advice on various matters that come up.

The government can be the federal government, a state government, a political subdivision, or a private organization with the assigned power to condemn.

Ask you banker what they are looking for, not only does tha show you value thier opinion but they will tell you what they want.There are also business organizations that provide assistance, the small business administration provides assistance and the Chamber of Commerce can point you to those that provide assistance.Keep it simple, don't over justify aspects that are generally accepted, like maintenance expenses.

Non profit organizations sometimes need large homes for their voluteers or temp staff.

You can sell the debt to a collection agency, which can do it, and some organizations where you can be a member can do it, I think.

Can anyone tell me if there is a simple way of locating asset managers with performing or non-performing notes or REOs, or if there is a professional organization that many of them are members?
