Commercial grade of either will be more durable than consumer models.

I do not need the quality and durability of a DeWalt since they cost $100s more than a similar tool at Menards.

You can supply them on the front end with ceramic tile in kitchen and baths, vinyl plank flooring in den, dining and living rooms (more durable and opens up the space), nicer faucets and fans, new counter tops, etc.  

The product is very durable and individual pieces can be replaced as needed. 

The bigger slat blinds are a little more durable.

Dehner I’d go with an exterior elastomeric paint for your stucco, especially if there’s any existing cracking in the stucco.Elastomeric paint is durable, flexible and can fill in any small cracks. 

It's worth it to spend more for durability and to look nice because you will save more in the long run not replacing it and your guests will be happy. 

This means:- you'll want to ensure that the numbers work for your buy-and-hold customers - you won't want to over-improve the property- your choice of finishes should be suitable for durability 

No complaints, durable, easy to clean.

We suggest keeping costs low by replacing any damaged items with durable items.
