Im not going to sugar coat it, I had a considerable net worth before jumping into being  an agent full time, with an expectation of spending $30-$40k per year on business overhead even with no money coming in.Secondly, I tried to go to some no name brokerage to start, and after 6 months the only sales I had made were my own, so I switched gears.

Because it is such a small property and close by, I don’t mind managing it or dealing with the occasional call from a tenant complaining of loud electric humming throughout the building, only to find out it was a side effect of new blood pressure meds!

The contractor ended up with full title to the skeleton at a pittance of the cost of building it, and only then sold the condo units to local buyers and finished it.I'm not saying that's what it is but I would count my fingers after shaking hands with any Greek and I would not go ahead with this deal unless I had blood kin in Greece checking up on this personally.Full disclosure: I am Greek and lived in Greece from 2000-2007.

Anyone can get high blood lead levels, the law only specifies under 6 because it affects the developing brain more severely then a it affects a fully developed brain.
