Personally, I don't believe there are any "investment-minded brokerages", so what is it that you are actually hoping to get out of your brokerage and life as an agent?

@Muhammad Rehan,I second @Greg Parker's comment about Alabama, especially if your goal is to generate positive cash flow.I personally have a hard time believing that rentals in either Fayetteville or Pflugerville can deliver cash flow after accounting for all expenses.

Many people believe investing in real estate is a passive activity, but that's rarely the case.

Do you have any reason to believe it would perform well as an MTR?
