Hi all, I've been considering getting my feet wet in real estate investing for years now, and only recently begun to consider myself financially (and mentally) ready to jump in with both feet.  

We have no experience in this field, and have just begun research and planning.

The search has begun but I don't have a pay structure in mind.

Our strategy is buy and hold and we've just begun looking for small multifamily units within 30 to 45 min of our home in Silver Spring, MD.  

I have also begun focusing my audio books/podcast on commercial and larger multi family units.

Coupled with a confusing home life and I deserted this side of me for what I believed other people said I should be.Fast forward to when I found bigger pockets and I've begun to meet and become reacquainted with the dreamer, the artist, the creator of great things.
