Hiring a high-quality cleaner will make a world of a difference.

It's the "bougiest" of the mountains and attracts a high-end crowd—More wealthy families willing to pay for quality homes and less partiers.

I have always been passionate about creating quality homes that enhance communities and provide families with exceptional living spaces.

Everywhere I have traveled this year, New York, Paris etc Hotels are much cheaper than VRBO/AIRBnB and the experience and safety, location, quality of beds, bathroom fixtures are better at Hotels, but 5-10 years ago it was the opposite.

Each have their own unique qualities that may be a better fit.  

Larger investors generally invest in quality assets with lower cash flow that appreciate over time if they're doing a buy & hold approach. 

From there, it takes about 20 of these potential sellers to get you a deal in 3-4 months.If you're calling higher quality lists, those conversion rates can improve a LOT, data quality is everything. 

But not having someone there with the properties interests in mind to verify the work being done is quality would personally make me uneasy.I would definitely look at a local PM for the long term and then after the first year and hopefully the first round of renewals you can make a more educated decision as to whether or not to keep them around.No matter what you decide to do, congratulations on the investment! 

The dilemma i face now is that I can’t decide if it makes more sense to embrace the c class identity this property gives the impression of, or put a lot more into the renovation, get better quality tenants and convert it to the B class property that the building (and the area) should/could be.

The more I read, the more convinced I am that Google/SEO is the best long-term strategy for getting quality, consistent leads.
