Separate from the lack of necessary information, I'm not aware of any market in this country that can support the costs of ground up construction, particularly in the scale you are envisioning  where 2 bedroom units are renting for $1400 without significant subsidies.

It was the fact that their interest rates were way below market rates.With all of that said- the challenge with NACA is the lack of a sense of urgency, poor follow-up, unavailability,  and a bad reputation with some listing agents  When you complete the training provided by NACA you then have to go out in the real world to get a deal done.

Some guys try to put their entire business into it but in my use it lacked in basic lead management.

My experience has been frustrating, particularly with their lack of communication.

Did this buyer lack experience? 

Go directly to the hospital or corporation and ask them the point of contact of the agencies who handle the contract relocation package.

I find no correlation between a buyer agency agreement and what the NAR lawsuits were about?

This is generally due to the fact that this is how the American housing giants – Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac – government-sponsored agencies, separate their loan programs.Note that this is another example of where real estate “lingo” doesn’t always match with the standard English Language!

Make a relationship with that agent or agency because you can't make a relationship with an insurance company.
