There are way to many threads on this forum about this topic.However - if you go to http://www.realtor.org/fedistrk.nsf/files/testim_hr1728_042309.pdf/$FILE/testim_hr1728_042309.pdf you can read the actual testimony of the head of the national association of Realtor - while he supports most of bill he specifically calls out the portion on seller financing as a concern They seem to like 90% of it like most others.And Tony - didn't your lawyer tell you not to worry about this bill - just as mine did?
