Partnering with someone who already has multifamily experience while bringing capital or other value to the table seems like the smartest way to accelerate without taking on unnecessary risk.If anything, my biggest concern is making sure I’m partnering with the right operators — people who are truly experienced, not just using clever language to appear that way (a big issue in the space right now).Appreciate your insights!
