My landlord is beyond motivated to sell me the condo and is interested in a cash transaction with much flexibility.

We sincerely hope our story and success motivates others!!!! 

Some sellers aren't very motivated, some are. 

Maybe they'll pay closing costs or offer repair credits.Sounds like they are not super motivated to sell though and you are getting a bit 'deal horny'.  

That might shed some like on their potential lack of motivation.

So, i'm about to start my all out marketing campaign towards motivated sellers, even knocking on driving for dollars some, but i started thinking about the aftermath of the deal for the seller.

These companies do have deals, but I think its important to research, understand and know their motivations and roles in these transactions.
