The best way to find cash buyers is networking at local REI meetups, masterminds, Facebook groups, Realtors, title companies, closing attorneys, property management companies, auctions, Craigslist, google search, billboards and bandit signs.

You might try it for general information, then look for someone running a specific training on it that has regular meetings throughout the year and mastermind groups. 

Joining a mastermind might be the way to go.
