For those with coverage, whether an occurance of it is covered would be based on how it occured and did/should you have knowledge about the potential for mold.

The Cape also in my opinion is oversaturated with STR's so it's challenging to find a base number of how your property will perform. 

Based on what did end up in the house, she spent very little on actual decor for the house.

We learned a lot about project based Section8 buildings, but are now actively pursing more projects like this.
