I am currently working with amazon to get devices installed to allow amazon drivers to be tracked and deliver packages to a property inside the lobby or restricted access if the driver has a package for some one in the building.

It may be worth it to install surveillance devices, even if just temporarily, to provide the authorities with footage. 

I just checked their banks statement from their cells and the income from their customer,it's fencing company though not drywallers.

Hypothetically, that could make a company who manufacture parts for a cell phone company a HI business.

I have my Google Voice # ringing to my cell phone, but the connection is spotty and the phone call has a lag which makes for some awkward conversations.A lot of investors I know go with patlive.  

He goes to FL about 4 times a year and all the tenants have the handyman's cell and the owner's cell number if they can't resolve a problem with the handyman.

As far as low income having internet ect my experience is they have as nice or nicer devices than higher income people and they all seem to have it in home or on a mobile device.

Again you need to make the amount something they will actually pay otherwise you are left trying to collect which is an iffy proposition at best.I explain that the ETF is like a cell phone contract.

I call the cell phone of the tenant who I suspect probably has a guest parking there.

Unless of course it has some special rights like mining or putting up cell towers.
