I am currently working with amazon to get devices installed to allow amazon drivers to be tracked and deliver packages to a property inside the lobby or restricted access if the driver has a package for some one in the building.

Again you need to make the amount something they will actually pay otherwise you are left trying to collect which is an iffy proposition at best.I explain that the ETF is like a cell phone contract.
