I see regulators cracking down big time on STR  everywhere i look in the world, so i wouldn't base my investment on that business modelReal estate is not all rosy and riskless, many got wrecked not long ago so i wouldn't blame millenials for not jumping in especially with the current prices which absolutely do not make any sense.
