Most choose a conservative allocation wit the 20% of the funds that earns around 8% and nets 6.5% after annual fees to the trustee and Financial Advisor.

Does the operating agreement have to be witnessed by an attorney or it can be any person?

I can draft up the document using a laptop in my vehicle, usually print in their home on my legal paper and canvass for a few witnesses while we are waiting on a mobile notary.
