The bottom sector of society do not have stable jobs and lives, where rent will be  paid on a consistent basis. 

*Also, on a side note, I have created an LLC (as the management firm) and an LP (as the fund) with my brother, who is graduating from Harvard University this spring, to start after the extensive research he and I have done, so for me this is a very serious venture and will either end up growing to bring real value to society or a learning experience I can bring back with me to college.Cheers! 

We are a democratic republic and a capitalist society.

As a society we find it totally acceptable that millions and millions of people are spending tens of thousands of dollars to further their education, even though they may never actually use that education in their working life.

When you were old enough enter the workforce, regardless of how you grew up, the ills in society didn't get corrected.

Such a society can not survive.

We are becoming a renters nation and that is not good for society.
