I've been a ghost and soaking up as much as possible from the BP community for well over a year now & can attribute the success I've had in REI to it.

I recommend subscribing to the podcasts and soaking up as much as you can.

I had bought a course on note buying from Donna Baurer several years ago, but I am just now getting it back out and dusting it off and trying to soak it all in.

I'm here to make new connections with those starting out in the business and most importantly to soak up knowledge from those who are actively in the business.

And those things I reap in those months are a direct correlation to the seeds I sow in the late fall and winter.

To help seed your study, parks come in two flavors (and shades of gray in between), 100% park owned homes which the park and manager run as rentals, this is very problematic, turn over, theft, home damage.  

I'm brand new to RE learning and I love the podcasts to help me soak up information while I'm in the car or cleaning house.
