THE ONLY CAUSE OF A PLUMBING BACKUP THAT  WOULD BE LANDLORD'S RESPONSIBILITY WOULD BE BROKEN DRAIN PIPES (which would include actual breaks, tree roots in the drains, and similar items).

One look at the recent p&ls told us that the expenses were out of whack and by switching vendors and rooting out theft, the place would immediately be in the black.

I still have strong roots there and will be a much easier market to enter than the Bay.

If it's rocky or tree roots it will about double it.

In Georgia, it's not required to have a permit to remove a tree on residential property, but this tree is very close to the house and may have roots underneath it.

There are so many elements that make this story inspirational, but probably the most impressive is the manner in which you tell the story is not rooted in boastfulness, but pride.
