We are going to be repainting the exterior this summer and selling it afterwards.  

Hello Everyone,I got anold house in inner SE Portland, OR that's needs repainting.

You could either remove and replace the drywall where the mold spots are showing (no big deal assuming the house will be re-painted) or save the drywall and paint over the mold with a product called "kilz".

If there was one company that would de-junk, repaint or touch up paint, repair minor issues, clean carpet, and clean the unit, then it would be a great deal.When does persistence become annoying?

They want me to scrape and repaint the whole house including the shed, change a few doors, repair subfloors in the second unit, change about 12 post in the basement, change the  concrete stairs and add railings, add missing tiles  etc 

Hi everyone,I recently closed on a fourplex in NJ and need to have the fire escape stripped and repainted.  

And, side note, you're not getting out of repainting by hosting community events

Rip out and rebuild or stain and/or repaint cabinets - familyOutside - cut down trees and light landscaping - family  Quite a bit to do on this 71K home.  

It limits my upside but I'd much rather pay for paint touchup over a full repaint!

The cost of repair of the cabinets and repaint is 1500, shall I just go with this option then?
