We renovated the unit we lived in with paint, light fixtures, new deck, refresh the kitchen and bathroom. total cost was $25k after all was said and done over 1 year.

Hi @Elliot Kelley,Although I don't have any experience in IC, I do have a bit of experience with duplexes in at least one Iowa college town (and before any assumptions are made, I grew up in CR and went to UofI for a Japanese major, so I was a Hawkeye first!) 

Agree with @Julie McCoy that the dashboard is a little glitchy sometimes requiring hard browser refreshes, but it seems to be getting better.
