I am out of the fullerton area and presently looking to get into the real estate market in Orange County Area.

Each one is unique and very informative and presented in a way that anyone can understand.  

Than, the realtor must present it with adequate emphasis of how strong such offer is.

I have a few friends and relatives in mind that I'd like to present this opportunity to but want to have a good business plan prior to meeting with them.

My thought is that wholesaling would fit nicely with the overall big picture and allow me to keep certain deals for myself as they present themselves and then rehab or wholesale the rest depending on the need.

Minimum wage or anything above minimum wage is usually a good start for the scenario you presented.
