I got my pilot's license a couple of years ago, and have since realized that I will never be able to afford a plane just based on the salary I pay myself.  

It all makes since I'm not jumping on a plane to fix toilets, agreed that teams are crucial to success. 

The best way to gain hours after school would be to either rent a plane, join a flying club or buy a plane with some friends.

Hi,I am planing to purchase some cash flow properties in suburbs of Huntsville, Birmingham and Montgomery.

I pulled my rehab crew off some apartments and have them setting up these three units as STR (hospitality) Planing as I go.I also have multiple exit strategies as some of these short term rentals area actually SFRs that I plan to unload and upleg possibly into a multifamily in the next 1-3 months. 

Realtor took me around exclusively for a few days....by the time I left, I had put in an offer that was accepted before my plane left.

Are you planing to finish the basement?

Maybe it won’t 🤷🏻♂️  When I graduated it would have made any sense to buy plane tickets to fly back to where I went to college to make a point and *hopefully* get $100-$200.  

:-)    Planes do fly everywhere from Vegas..  

Unless you can pull cash out and are planing to hold the property, you make your money when you sell.
