I understand the importance of knowing specific areas well, as this would make my life easier, but I also think that with the technology we have nowadays (maps, street view, market analysis, etc), some research and a rigorous approach, this is something that could produce very interesting results.I'd like to know your thoughts, investors!

I haven't had much time to get on this and get good at navigating this site.

I must say i am a bit overwhelmed at the site its self when it comes to navigating it.

Right now there isn't an easy way to compensate people that introduce new investors to platforms without navigating ridiculous rules.  

I know you've said that you have already navigated the site somewhat, but the best way to get started for me was to watch the Bigger Pockets Podcast.

In general, you would want to target avenues that the targetaudience will look through, or visit when navigating online.

Best advice i have is to click on the "Learn" option in the top navigation and pace yourself...there is so much information on BP that you will not be able to consume it all in one sitting.
