I'd like to have some type of company where I could simply put a sticker on the side of all appliances and the tenants would call that company directly for any type of issues, allowing me to completely outsource all appliance maintenance, so I can focus on the real estate business itself and growing/scaling, not refrigerator fan motors going out:)Let me know your thoughts!

I have a motor home with a propane tank and never remember ever smelling propane, but you are correct.

My wife and I live over in Mount Juliet, but she and her family are from Gallatin. 

I recently had to face health issues in the family which caused my debts to mount. 

This doesn't include 2 very sad plumbing issues, one where the waste pipe was cracked and leaking (relatively small fix), and during a major rainstorm, part of the expel pipe was too heavy for its mount, and it just fell to the ground in the basement.And finally...would I have done this if I knew I would have had the type of return (so far)?

There are a bunch of reasons people go out and do cash out refinances whether it is paying off debt or buying an older luxury motor home that is priced so well, you would be a fool to pass it up. 

But the big problem is what happens if the motors fail or the power goes out -- which is essentially a sewage going everywhere catastrophe.

Are you telling me you'd willingly spend all that money to achieve the same results you could get from spending $50 to purchase a wall mounted white dry erase board and a few markers or pay an IT geek like me $100 to set up a spreadsheet for you that will not only alert you when rents or due but also calculate late fees, reminders, and spit out year end numbers with the click of a button?

In my area, I know a lot of investors who invest in Rocky Mount, NC for that price
