I am trying to decided between PC or MAC for my new business laptop.  

Thats also a very cheap way to modernize the rooms as most of them had the almond old style sockets and plates from the 80's.

We'll be building a 3000+ sq. ft. modern style spec home on it.

With "modern" open designs and stainless/concrete finishes, building costs can be under $100/square foot.

If you invest in stocks, what I suggest is to follow modern portfolio theory and use ETFs to compose the portfolio.

The downside is that they don't have safety features that a modern furnace does, and in the words of one furnace expert, when they fail, they can fail spectacularly.

The more modern look is to be open with kitchen and other rooms.
