If you have any tips and tricks and best methods to getting my first sale that would be very helpful and appreciated. 

I just attended the Bigger Pockets Conference and I discovered there were many books you can obtain through the Bigger Pockets website that might help you in your journey.

.🙌  make connections with other Airbnb strategy investors and gain the confidence to BRRR my first property with no previous construction experience 😅🤝  make a great connection with someone who is an expert in BRRR method 

Those are more realistic table setters for you to begin your journey if you couple that with podcasts and in-person meetups so you can learn from real investors and their journeys.To invest, you will always need to be earning more money so you don't want to start your journey thinking you can do it with no money.
