My son just got married to a German young lady and they teach it over there....her spending/saving habits are incredible.Re your questions, I'm far from an economist but from what I hear discussed, the real worry is having this situation get so bad that we are no longer used as the world's reserve currency.

Also, I feel since I am a lady, handyman takes advantage of me by charging more or not doing the job well.

I have heard a few horror stories from several of the locals and it is on my watch out list.

Watch the auctions for a month or two (do some simulations for practice) before you actually bid.Otherwise you will likely run home with your tail between your legs.

Right now we are still lower then that - causing a sellers market  - watch as this increases to look for opportunity and there are more but do some research to learn about these indicators so you can be prepared for not IF the market changes, but WHEN it changes.  

I have been educating myself on rental property investing by reading books and watching content on YouTube and the internet.
