We recently bought a 4plex in Colorado (yea!). 

I have the parents co-sign and I and additional landlord insurance to cover any f*ck-ups they do.Works like a charm..

My question here is for anyone who has co-hosted or currently co-hosts: what is one piece of advice you wish you had gotten before starting your journey? 

You think if there was escrow account, mortgage co was paying taxes out of escrow. 

I specialize in STR and co-living and would love to share my experiences and hear yours! 

I'm now stationed in Colorado, and I definitely wouldn't mind spending two weeks in Destin every year in the off-season.

Can you get a non occupying co-signer?
