Balloon Mortgage Mature

I'm currently in a 1 year balloon mortgage that is due to mature in May. The home is my primarily residence. My wife and I have jobs and our credit score is roughly 580. Are there any programs that will allow us to refin our home. Thanks.

Do you have 2 years of income to show? Are you self employed? Can you get a non occupying co-signer? 

This is a tough scenario. How did you end up with a balloon mortgage on your primary?

Thanks for you reply. There are 2 years of income but the income was low due to working out of the country. Yes I can get a Non-Occupying Co-Signer.
