It seems that using a separate class for each property is overkill because you already have an easy numeric break because of the property address.

With our small business we have had numerous in-person meetings.  

They are the defendant in numerous housing court cases in Chicago as well.

One person asked us if we had club seats when we invited them to a football game the other day (we don't) and a few weeks ago during a play date a friend asked us how much money we make (ridiculous). 

I don’t know if I’m considering going back for the money or because of the flattery of having them invite me back with a huge pay increase.I will say that staying on my current career track would NOT be a mistake, it is much better and has more opportunities.

I have done numerous deals over the years, but I also consider myself the "new old guy", especially when it comes to certain topics and ventures. 

There are also numerous transportation construction projects planned and under construction linking Nashville to Clarksville to alleviate traffic as Clarksville is one of the fastest growing cities in the country.

Now, I am hesitant on the idea of inviting complete strangers to live in the same house that I do (obvious reasons there), but I can't argue with the numbers and financial sense that it would make.

@Jay Hinrichs I believe anyone trying to sell their home can go on Zillow and receive and compare instant cash offers from investors, like invitation homes, etc.
