Document the story, have your hauler take everything inside to the dump, change the locks.

Long story short, I am getting out of my 15 unit single family residential portfolio in South Florida.  

Think about the stories we hear from people buying homes in the 80's that held onto it for 30 years and are now retired from their homes value increasing.

Agree with @Mitch Messer, there's ZERO positives for an owner to tell a tenant they're the owner.My boss had an evicted tenant's biker gang show up at his front door, back when he used to disclose he was the owner.Have posted this story several times and no one ever has a great response to it!

I'm new to the site and would love to hear some success stories with people who have invested with remax/fig in Utah or Texas.
