If they file on your sister for eviction action, this will stay on her housing record in Minnesota for about 7 years and will greatly impact her search for housing.Personally I'd get ready to write her a big check for like 3 grand. have her sign an agreement that she will move in like 5 days, the day she moves I'd serve her with a NO Trespass order on her way out the door, and leave a copy of that taped to the door.

Look anywhere on the new Rt 99 (Grand Parkway) between Katy and The Woodlands and you will see great appreciation for the next 5-10 years.Rent to value ratios are excellent ($150,000 property will rent for $1,500).Lots of Sawx and Patriots fans here too.

Start the eviction and hope for the best or throw money their way and hope they are dumb enough to jump for the cash.If there are 5 people it may take a couple of grand to convince them to leave.
