I am new to this game and learning more. thank you

It's been my experience that people talk a good game, but get serious alligator arms when it comes time to reach their checkbook.

In my demographic I have not had to worry about that as I rent out to people with skin in the game.

I want to continue in the real estate investment game as it gets my juices flowing and I love it.

The majority of creative finance deals are actually done by those with capital because they have the leverage to play that game.

Real estate has always been lucrative over the LONG TERM (10+ yrs) because it was an arbitrage game of interest expense to yield.  

Today is the day, so what actions are you taking to get in the game?

I guess there's a part of me that likes the idea of helping smaller investors get in the game.

Have you ever played the game telephone?

I probably have less answers for you, and more questions...We don't really know your experience level, so my first question is, do you realize you typically have to have about 20-25% "skin" in the game for this purchase?
