People may not like that I say this but I think that gentrification in the interior of Indy is displacing folks to the peripheries of Indy... south Lawrence, Perry township, pike, etc.

If it is convenient I would recommend live classes as you get to meet instructors, students and can network with others in the fieldI went to Champions RE school in Plano and they offer live, online or self paced classes.

SLU has done a lot of redevelopment, which has brought in more investment (Ikea is a big one, along with residential spaces, and there's another giant redevelopment of a former foundry near the main campus along I-40 being done by the Lawrence Group) in the surrounding areas.
