The main 1st duplex has been painted on the outside, the lower level has the new windows installed, both units have brand new high effenciency furnaces and a/c, which the upstairs never had duct a/c always window units.

The financial center of Brickell is beautiful and you can buy a brand new studio apt. for $400k.Homestead is experiencing new, rapid growth because they have the most vacant land in the Miami metro area, but it is at the very southern end of the peninsula. 

I am brand new to wholesaling and I just want to avoid any legal issues.

I'd recommend going to your local KW brand and seeing if you can work something out with them.
