As for hobbies, I really enjoy playing basketball, a good mixed-martial arts session, mountain biking, also road cycling(with said mountain bike lol) , and as of lately just enjoying a good ol’ hot beach day!

I doubt there would be something claiming that you are "certified" in landlord-tenant law, but from my experience, the Legal Aid does training sessions on landlord-tenant law, fair housing, etc.
