I have no affiliation with this website.Would like to hear other peoples thoughts on the topic as it relates to the question "When is the right time to buy?"

However, not sure what it has to do with "lefty cities and right wing cities," everyone's getting gouged regardless of political affiliation. 

My questions is: 1. if I am planning buy/sell property only for myself, do I need to be affiliated with a broker?

@Jenna Mayeres it's important that you affiliate with a good Brokerage that supports you and your investment interest.

So, you need to find a way to generate business, or do something else....If you've not given much thought to the brokerage that you want to work with (in Utah you have to be affiliated with a brokerage, not sure about Illinois) you should start thinking about that right away, you need to find a good fit. 

You can source from Craigslist, FB marketplace, Cozy (and it's affiliates), word of mouth, etc. 

The middle core of the former Affiliated Computer Services tower remained standing with a distinct lean after the implosion didn't go as planned.
