I just had a renter in an upstairs apartment that used a portable clothes washer and it somehow leaked hundreds of gallons of water.

I found one in the 40s and I can justify that since it will be like .01% of my monthyl income lol but other than that I don't plan on traveling(dislike traveling tbh), I don't buy nice clothes, I don't spend alot my house is pretty big (so i think) and its such a nice floor plan that my roommates don't get in the way or bother me.
