At the last one I went to a few years ago one of the old-timer REO kings in our area said nowadays to make connections you have to plunk down some serious cash wining & dining, golf, strip clubs, etc.

Or at the very least @Brandon Turner and @Joshua Dorkin need to dress up in their best Tuxedos to hand out these awards over a video chat while we watch at home, wine included!

Just imagine the floors are on a wooden basis and they would all have to be reconstructed.

Does anyone on the site have any experience with the "Rejuvenate" Floor Restorer or other solutions on the market that offer a less expensive alternative to refinishing a wooden floor that is in reasonable condition for it's age?

Everything was OK, except that water is getting into the building at the wooden joists in the basement (big no-no and potentially very expensive to solve depending on the true cause of the problem).
