I am NOT getting a good response thus far and the second campaign was mailed last Friday.

This project is now funded by one private investor and we close on Friday morning and the dumpster will arrive Friday afternoon!

She staged it and had a brokers open 2 Fridays ago  on sunday she had 5 offers.. listed price was 499k.. we accepted an offer at 550k close in 30 days.. we might have to put in new sewer line depends on how the scope comes out.. it was marginal when we bought it.. we will see. . 

We had bought a couple of thousand feet during one of their Black Friday sales a couple of years ago and have been using this up in our rental properties.This house is probably in a C area but the tenants (especially the wife) commented on how she loves the bathroom.Gail

We just closed on our 5th park this past Friday and I can probably help guide you a little.  

There is one BIG point that never seemed to be addressed in the comments;"The Selling Agent told you he would have a locksmith out there Friday"  If he/she was a good agent he/she must have a 2nd key for the property, why didn't he/she place a lock box on the alternate door with the secondary entrance key. 

We got our customer service department at our title company to build and maintain our list.. then my secretary would monitor the trustee services .. although Oregon went to Judicial and with sales every day instead of only on Friday like WA its pretty intense to follow all sales like we did in 5 counties.

I saw a U haul truck and her moving some stuff out on Thursday and Friday.
