If you don't want to use a realtor, I would pop the addy into Zillow, click on the house so it brings it up and on the bottom right side (scroll down a good ways), there is a "Nearby Similar Sales".

Here is one way to track rent-roll in QuickBooks for property owners and property managers:-Edit customer-click on additional info-click on Define Fields-Enter Rent-Select CustomersClick OK 2 timesGo to Reports:-Customers-view Customers Contact List- Modify Report- on the bottom left - scroll down -select rent-click on Header/Footer - change the title to read Rent Roll-click OK-name it as Rent Roll Report-Click on Memorize report

It is so incredibly ornate and well-crafted (you have to be talented to carve cherubs, scrolls, egg and dart, serpentines, etc.) that no one would be able to afford anything of that period.
