I didn't realize you could test the gallons and quality, but will add that to the list!

I prefer the user interface of propstream, but historically I've gotten better quality data from batch leads.

As other responses have said the build quality and builder reputation are important. 

I've bought all different styles and qualities depending on the comps though.

Maybe I am too old, or experienced, or both to understand that.If you're a starting investor with limited means and trying to grow really amplify the quality the button and dial down the quantity game.

I also think the quality of the beach (i.e., the sand and the water) is better in Gulf Shores and Orange beach...I have a theory that the beach gets better the farther east you go...will have more info on that in a couple weeks.  

I am ok with expensive if ti gives me quality.
