I have tried so many system that promote making it easy but the process of learning new systems and implementing them is always a job in and of itself.

Join local Facebook groups and promote your listing there.

There are also many meetups that organizers promote on this forum as well.  

I love how @Ashley Hamilton is promoting equitable housing, thinking of the people living in the properties as their homes, rather than just her bottom line, and taking on the (wrongly) stigmatized niche of Section 8 real estate.

Further, they will limit themselves to offerings where the sponsor “promote” is limited to 20% or less, and paid out only if and after the outside investors get their money back plus a predetermined return on invested capital.  

I think a very good property manager is worth their coin, but just need to call out the sample size you're promoting.

I've quickly learned that this business (as most things in life) isn't as easy as some people or "marketing" promotions attempt to lead you to believe. 

Hello BP Family,Does anyone with solid first-hand knowledge about the following:Is someone promoting or Soliciting customers for ONLY Commercial lending products, is that person (independent contractor) required to have a MOL?
