CAZA at KW Kingstowne, Deals Meetup at National Harbor and there's a condo meetup at the end of the month at Total Wine and More to name a few.For your buy and holds, condos are about the only affordable place to be in Northern Virginia.

I was not there today-had to get my boat ready to go fishing tomorrow-but I did have dinner and a glass of wine ready when the lady got home!

I'm going to be paying her a $500 referral and a really nice bottle of wine. 

If this doesn't make sense I'll blame it tonight's excess wine.

I had plans of developing a RV park in Southern California wine country but I found out today that will cost half a million and that will be all that we have to invest so I am going to play it safer and flip for a while build more Capitol.

When I was setting the house up for rent, I got a lot of stuff at Costco- pillows, sheets and towels, snacks and wine for the welcome basket, paper goods, cleaning supplies, etc.

HI BP,Hoa is on title since 2012 after foreclosing on previous owner.Two weeks ago bank is foreclosing and I'm the wining bid.Final judgment for the hoa foreclosure was $8800 and the hoa took title for $9400 back in 2012.Can you see a scenario which I have to pay them money?
