First off....I am taking a short break from the Minneapolis, MN market.

The properties freezing pipes and mold are a little easier to get but lots of buyer competition on most REOs as we have only 2 months of supply in Minneapolis/St.

I am not sure what Denver's market is for duplexes, but I will give you a scenario of what is going on in Minneapolis.
