I posted this in another location but I wanted to reach a larger audience.I joined Bigger Pockets yesterday after watching a ton of their videos on YouTube.

Other than the podcast, books, and unlimited YouTube videos I would also suggest attending local BP meet ups. 

@Sangam Baligar, Brandon Turner also has a short video on YouTube called "Should you get an LLC for your Real Estate Business" I found this pretty helpful on the topic.I also work in King of Prussia.

During the process of looking for a house I came across one the Biggerpocket YouTube videos and absolute loved the idea.Instead of taking our saving and putting it towards a mediocre house that would appreciate in short amount of time, why not have the 4 walls work for me instead the other way around?

And, as an additional item, it would be great to post videos here as well as pictures.

I have watched videos where some people said they gave it directly to the seller if its  a small amount like $10 and some say give it to title.3.

They can even drive by the property and shoot pictures and a video for you to see.
