I have a friend who is willing to invest so believe cash/lending wouldn't be a problem.I recently found a lot (with a fixer home) in a nice area (around 19,000 sq ft) which is zoned as R12.

I only have one rental and it's new, so my experience is limited but I've just gone through the eval process.  

I've just looked up lotssss of parks during my searches and I've never seen it list the information for each indidvidual trailer owner before. 

Finding a buy that can generate this seems tough, but I've just been "window shopping" on Trulia or Zillow to feel things out.Philadelphia, especially maybe Grays Ferry or Point Breeze seem like they are much more possible.

I've just focused on cashflow. my first properties cashflow an average about $150/bedroom and my latest purchases cashflow about $350/bedroom.

Im doing a high end flip and I've just closed on the property, so I'm only seeking funds for the rehab portion.

The podcasts have been great so far, I've just been going from episode onwards but I'll probably jump around.
