Seeking Primary Agent/Broker in Miami

I've just recently relocated to Miami Beach and am currently building my power team here. I am seeking a broker or agent, that works with investors, in the (greater) Miami area. I have properties that we're evaluating and interested in but surprisingly the listing agents are not being very responsive. So I would love to establish my "go to" realtor/broker to work with on acquisitions.

We are am primarily buy & hold investors seeking small multifamily assets. Also considering other asset classes and commercial as well.
