This doesn't impact overall healthcare demand but impacts the types of doctors (read Medicaid-accepting) who decide to set up shop.

The area is always expanding the business district as well as downtown, from Access to low cost regional talent, competitive real estate cost, strong work ethics and excellent facilities for sports, shopping, leisure and healthcare.

But the healthcare system is challenging and in the visual board of my future I envision myself working in medicine because I love it (which I do) and not because I have to.

Has anyone had a lot of success with medium term rentals for traveling workers (nurses, other health care professionals, etc.) and care to share any insights or advice?

A good example is Ford in Wayne, Amazon in Romulus, and a LOT of healthcare workers.

@Dominick Johnson It's crossed my mind numerous times I can get ____ done today, tomorrow, or in the future without going into work, but health care in this country is insane.

@Brandon Schaffner I think what you will find in the KC market is a diversified set of properties, strong employment that is also very diversified (tech, engineering, health care, ag, animal health), great down town, progressive on both side of the state line, and great school (from grade school to college).

Many space related jobs will live in Nona and commute, not to mention all of the tech and health care, so it will continue to be attractive and appreciate very well.
