A couple of ideas would be using this platform on the events page, and also use meetup.com to find a meetup too!

@Sam Rubenzer there is no 1 universal in Mpls, and any saying they can/do do all/any PM in Mpls is just a declaration of not being all too good at any of them.

I have a capital gain taxes question:if I sell my home for 510k and provide the seller 10k seller credit towards escrow costs, would I be paying capital gains taxes in California for that additional 10k?

I use Rent Redi and it is good.I also use Excel, Zelle and Zillow which are all free or I already have them.

It’s a great program, though it does come with some complexities.

The guy who runs it lays it out like this..1-5 rentals you are still doing okay, have more stuff come up between all rentals the closer you get to 5 or at 5.
